rBGH (Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone) may be somatotropin for cows, not humans.
That rBGH gets into the cow’s entire system and eating beef from those cows messes with our human hormones.
All conventionally raised animals (mainly cows) are given antibiotics to stop the disease.
Eating meat from those animals exposes you to small, regular doses of antibiotics.
Since antibiotics ruin gut health (which is important for hormones regulation), your body will have a tough balancing estrogen levels.
Soy is usually fed to livestock, and particularly, chickens.
Eating meat, milk or eggs, can expose you to more soy.
In fact, research has shown that the yolk of an egg has significant amounts of soy, compared to other parts of a chicken.
Now, before we conclude this section, also note that farm-raised fish has also been shown to contain a good sort of toxins.

9. Polluted Water
